Celebrating the Centennial: KF Honored with PAHA’s Skalny Civic Achievement Award

The Kosciuszko Foundation was honored with the Skalny Civic Achievement Award by the Polish American Historical Association (PAHA). This recognition celebrates the Foundation's enduring contributions to promoting the Polish experience in America, making it especially meaningful during our Centennial Year.
The Skalny Civic Achievement Award recognizes individuals or institutions that foster Polish American heritage. For 100 years, the Kosciuszko Foundation has been a key part of cultural and educational exchange between Poland and the United States. It has supported individuals through scholarships, exchanges, and events celebrating Polish heritage. PAHA’s award recognizes the Foundation’s ongoing dedication to these efforts and its role in enriching the Polish-American community.
The award was presented to the Kosciuszko Foundation’s Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Alex Storozynski, during the PAHA Awards Banquet. The evening was part of the PAHA Annual Conference at the Hilton Midtown, NYC, from January 3 to 5, 2025.
