Leave a Lasting Legacy — Include the KF in your will or estate plans and join the Mizwa Society

We are proud to introduce the Mizwa Society, a circle of visionary donors who have chosen to support the Kosciuszko Foundation through planned and legacy giving.

Named in honor of Stephen Mizwa, the Foundation’s visionary founder, the initiative recognizes those whose generosity helps ensure that the Foundation’s mission continues for future generations.

Ways to Leave a Lasting Legacy

Your legacy gifts help secure the Foundation’s future and create opportunities for generations of students, scholars, artists, and cultural leaders.

These gifts include:

  • Bequests: Leave a gift to the KF in your will or trust.
  • Named Scholarship Fund: Establish a scholarship fund in your name or in honor of a loved one to celebrate your heritage and honor a meaningful life
  • Retirement Plan Gifts: Name the KF as a beneficiary of your retirement account.
  • Life Insurance Gifts: Designate the KF as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy.
  • Charitable Trusts: Explore trust arrangements that support the KF’s mission.
  • Other Planned Gifts: Consider other estate or financial planning options that align with your goals.

As the honorary donor of the Mizwa Society member said:

“We are committed to the Foundation’s mission and vision and trust that our gift will enable students to have the life-changing opportunities we have experienced through higher education!”

— Henry Sikorski, Ph.D.
