Kids’ Cultural Weekend with the KF and Polish Theater Institute

In the 2023/2024 school year, The Kosciuszko Foundation, in collaboration with the Polish Theatre Institute, is launching a series of events designed for our youngest students from Polish Supplementary Schools.
The program entails a Saturday or Sunday trip to the Kosciuszko Foundation in Manhattan, New York. During this visit, the children will receive a brief yet captivating overview of the most precious Polish paintings from the KF art collection. Following this, they will have the pleasure of attending a children’s theater performance by the Polish Theater Institute titled “Jaś i Łodyga Fasoli” (“Jack and the Beanstalk,”) accompanied by workshops introducing them to the world of puppet theater. Afterword, a well-deserved pizza lunch will be provided.
To conclude this day, the children will take a walk to the nearby Central Park to gather around the impressive King Jagiello Monument.
We extend a warm invitation to parents to join in on the program as well.
