The KF Celebrates Its Centennial Gala in Warsaw

On October 23, 2025, the grand Kosciuszko Foundation Centennial Gala in Warsaw brought together distinguished guests and friends at the historic Palace of the Republic.

Among those in attendance were the Speaker of the Senate Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, former President Aleksander Kwaśniewski, and former President Bronisław Komorowski, along with many representatives of academia, culture, and the media. A special delegation from the Foundation’s Board of Trustees in New York, led by Chairman Alex Storozynski, joined the Kosciuszko Foundation Centennial Gala in Warsaw celebration.

The evening was filled with moments of honor and pride — the Foundation received the Senate of the Republic of Poland Medal, the Gloria Artis Medal for Merit to Culture, and the University of Warsaw Medal, recognizing a century of service and cultural impact.

The President of the Republic of Poland’s congratulatory letter was read by Józef Kasprzyk, Advisor to the President, who also presented Alex Storozynski with the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland for his dedication to promoting Polish culture in the United States.
